It is with a very sad heart that I inform you of Dave Gwyn's passing about two weeks ago at his home in Houston. Dave selflessly promoted Race Walking as a coach, an official and with the many Race Walking meets he coordinated. Dave also anonymously provided several scholarships and financial assistance to help youth attend Race Walking clinics and meets. He was a coach and friend, and I will miss him greatly.
